Water Mitigation & Structural Drying in Las Vegas
Getting the standing water out is only half the job. Loyalty Home Services LLC dries the structure properly — with commercial equipment and moisture monitoring — so you avoid warping, swelling, and mold down the line.
Water hides — it wicks up drywall, under cabinets, and beneath flooring where the surface feels dry but the material underneath is soaked. Mitigation is the science of getting all of it out: mapping where the moisture went, setting the right equipment, and monitoring until meter readings confirm the structure is dry.
How professional structural drying works
- Moisture mapping — meters and probes locate hidden moisture
- Air movers — high-velocity airflow lifts moisture out of materials
- Dehumidifiers — pull that moisture out of the air so it cannot re-settle
- Targeted methods — wall cavities, under cabinets, and subfloor where needed
- Daily monitoring — readings track progress until the structure is dry
Why proper mitigation matters
Skipping or rushing the drying step is where expensive problems start — swollen baseboards and cabinets, buckled flooring, and mold inside walls weeks later. Drying it right the first time protects the materials that can be saved and keeps the repair small.

Frequently asked questions
Can wet drywall be saved?
Sometimes. Drywall that was only lightly dampened and dries quickly can often be saved; drywall that stayed wet, swelled, or crumbles needs to be removed and replaced. We use moisture meters to make the call, dry what can be saved, and cut out and rebuild what cannot.
How fast should water damage be handled?
Immediately. Within hours, water wicks into drywall, baseboards, cabinets, and flooring, and mold can begin within 24 to 48 hours. The sooner we extract the water and set drying equipment, the less you lose and the lower the cost. Call as soon as it is safe.
Do you handle mold?
Yes — mold remediation is one of our core services. We contain the area, remove and bag affected materials, treat surfaces with antimicrobials, and dry everything thoroughly to discourage regrowth. Mold remediation is not a state-licensed trade in Nevada, and our team is trained in microbial remediation (IICRC AMRT coursework).
Do you document the damage for my records?
Yes — thorough documentation is part of every job. We capture room-by-room photos, moisture readings, and a clear scope of the damage and the work performed. You can keep it for your own records or share it with your property manager or insurance carrier.
